Privacy Policy & Cookies

Last updated: 2026-10-03

This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use QuickKit (the “site”), how advertising and cookies work here, and what choices you have.

Information you enter into the tools

The tools run in your browser using JavaScript. Text, dates, numbers and other values you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers or saved by us. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the hosting provider that delivers our pages may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security, reliability and basic traffic statistics. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. We may display ads served by third-party advertising networks, such as Adsterra or similar providers. These networks and their partners may collect and use information about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser details, approximate location and the pages you view, to deliver, measure and limit ads, to detect fraud and, depending on your region and settings, to show ads based on your interests. We do not control the cookies or other technologies those networks use, and their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Ads are placed in areas of the page that are labelled or visually separated from the tool results, and ad content is not an endorsement.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites. Our own pages do not set cookies for logins or tracking, because the site has no accounts. Third-party advertising providers, however, may set or read cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels or device identifiers) in your browser when ads load. These can be used for ad delivery and frequency limiting, to measure ad performance and, where permitted, for interest-based advertising.

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Instructions are on your browser’s help pages. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work, although our tools should keep working.
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com (United States), or youronlinechoices.com (Europe).
  • Use the privacy settings on your mobile device to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier.
  • Where a consent banner is shown for your region, use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

Analytics

At the time of writing, the site does not run its own analytics scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the provider and explain the data used.

Third-party links

Pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Children

The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data, and to object to certain processing such as personalised advertising. Because we do not collect personal profiles, most such requests will relate to data held by advertising partners, and you can exercise your rights with them directly using the opt-out links above. You can also contact us using the contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
